(Additional quantities of prints are available upon request, and incur additional fees).

Next Steps:

1. Simply “add to cart” this item, and continue to your checkout.

2. During the checkout process there will be a short form to fill out requesting more information about your custom piece.

   *This is where you will have a chance to let Nicole know any specific details that you would love to see included in the drawing.

3. You will then be instructed to send a photo reference (or multiple, if needed) to colesteffes@gmail.com

   *The reference photos do NOT require for all persons being drawn into the piece to be in one photo together. You can send multiple photos of each person/pet separately. These photos are simply for Nicole to reference when drawing each person into their illustrated characters as accurately as possible.

4. Nicole will confirm your order via email, and issue your review date.

   Please Note: Nicole schedules orders each month as they come in. Limited commission spaces are available as each illustration is hand drawn. **Therefore, Nicole has anywhere between a 10-40 day turn around time on all orders, and rush orders may incur a $50 fee.

   *Turn around time is subject to change during the holiday months of October-December.

5. On the date of completion you will receive an email that includes a digital copy of your illustration for review.

   *This is where you will have the chance to review the illustration, and let Nicole know if you have any requests for updates/changes that you would love to see made to the piece before printing and shipping takes place for your order.

6. Once you have approved of your illustration, it is immediately sent over to be printed and shipped to the address you have provided (tracking information included).

   *Sit back, relax, and wait for your print to arrive in the mail!

   *Shipping can take 4-10 days (we ship internationally!)
